About Our Service
A tree emergency is any situation where a tree, limb, or structural failure poses an immediate threat to the safety of people, the integrity of structures, or the accessibility of roads and driveways. Unlike standard tree removal, which is planned and scheduled, emergency removal demands immediate action to prevent escalating damage and protect lives.
Storm events in Arroyo Grande, CA can generate enormous volumes of emergency tree calls in a matter of hours. At Christian Tree Service, we maintain a dedicated emergency response fleet with fully equipped crews ready to mobilize at any hour of the day or night. When you call our emergency line, a live dispatcher answers, assesses your situation, and dispatches the nearest available crew immediately.
Our emergency arborists are ISA Certified and trained specifically in hazard tree assessment and emergency rigging techniques. Every emergency response follows ANSI Z133 safety standards to protect both your property and our crew throughout the operation.
Emergency Services
Our emergency crews are equipped and trained to handle every type of tree-related emergency safely and efficiently, day or night.
Comprehensive response to wind, lightning, ice, and hail damage. We clear fallen trees, remove hanging limbs, and secure damaged trees to prevent secondary failures from ongoing weather or aftershocks.
Precision removal of trees or limbs resting on roofs, walls, porches, fences, and outbuildings. We use controlled rigging and sectional techniques to lift and remove weight without causing additional structural damage.
Rapid removal of trees blocking driveways, roads, garage doors, and emergency access routes. We prioritize access restoration to allow you to evacuate, get to work, or allow emergency services to reach you.
Trees and limbs in contact with power lines require specialized handling. We work in coordination with your utility provider and follow all applicable electrical safety regulations. We do not touch energized lines: we clear the vegetation safely around them.
A tree that has shifted its lean after storm saturation or root failure can drop without additional warning. We assess and remove imminent-failure trees before they cause serious damage or injury to your family or property.
Priority emergency response for businesses, HOAs, and commercial properties where tree hazards threaten operations, tenant safety, or public access. We provide rapid mobilization with full commercial-scale crews and equipment.
Response Process
A real person picks up your call immediately. No phone trees, no voicemail. You speak directly with a trained dispatcher who gathers the details of your emergency.
Based on your location and situation, the nearest available emergency crew is dispatched. You receive an ETA before we hang up the phone.
Upon arrival, our ISA Certified Arborist immediately assesses the full scope of the hazard, identifies secondary risks, and develops the safest removal approach.
Our crew executes the removal using proper emergency rigging, cutting, and safety protocols. Every section is controlled to prevent further damage to your property.
After the immediate hazard is addressed, we secure the site, provide damage documentation for insurance, and discuss next steps for any remaining tree work needed.
